Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had made an application in Form 6-A for grant of pattadar pass book and title deed through mee seva on 29.11.2017 in respect of the subject land to the 3rd respondent, and that the 3rd respondent is not taking any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said application within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
