HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.13272 of 2018 ORDER:

1.

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in C.C.No.705 of 2017 on the file of the Court of XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

No representation on petitioners' side on call. 3.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner moved another Criminal Petition and the said Criminal Petition was allowed and the proceedings in that case was quashed and thus, the present Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has furnished the Case Status information in that regard. Though the filing of simultaneous and successive criminal petitions for the same relief cannot be appreciated, however, as the

present Criminal Petition has become infructuous, as submitted by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the same is dismissed.

5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
