This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-A1, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.334 of 2017 on the file of Osmania University Police Station, Hyderabad for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 r/ w 34 I.P.C. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner-A1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

As the petitioner's earlier bail application in Crl.P.No.11129 of 2017 was dismissed by this Court, by order dated 21.11.2017, the subject matter was elaborately dealt with on that day; and there are no grounds to allow the present application.
