Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner has filed an application on 09-10-2017 in Form VIA under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass books Act, 1971 before 3rd respondent and 3rd respondent is not taking action thereon. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will decide the said application by 31-01-2018 after giving notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to decide the said application by 31-01-2018 after giving notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
