I This contempt case is filed seeking to punish the respondent under Sections lO to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No. I |STT of 2OlZ, dated.28.O4.2OI2. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Iearned Assistant Government pleader appearing for respondent basing on the instructions submits that, the respondent complied with the order passed by this court in w.p.No.r razz of 2017, dated 28.04.2017.
In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required.
Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
