Complaining that the respondents are not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and issuing pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the petitioner instead of filing F- Line application through Mee-Seva by paying the requisite fee, straight away filed the present writ petition. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to file F-Line application through Mee-Seva by paying requisite fee, along with necessary documents, and the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law and take appropriate action, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such application.
