This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 13.10.2017 in I.A.No.505 of 2017 in O.S.No.37 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the V Additional District Judge, Rayachoty.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
