The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing a notification No.Rc.No.L3/9570.2016 dt:03.07..2017 including the property of the petitioner in the prohibitory list under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. 3.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
