This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.875 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Medipally Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that charge sheet is already filed in the said case and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
