This Petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.132 of 2018 on the file of XIII Additional District Court, Vijayawada, and transfer the same to II Additional District Court, Krishna, at Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file similar application before appropriate forum.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
