When the matter is taken up for hearing, a copy of the order passed by the respondent authorities under Section 45-A of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (for short 'the Act') is given by the learned Standing counsel for respondent Corporation to Sri Pasham Srinivasulu, learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioner herein to assail the order passed by the respondents authorities under Section 45A of the Act in the appropriate forum of law, writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
