The Criminal Petition is filed'under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short Cr.P.C.) by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.294 of 20'1.6 on the file of the XI Metropolitan Magislrate Court, at Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-D, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

3. None appeared for the petitioners. As seen from the proceeding shee! earlier also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The stage in the trial Court is not known. Hence, I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending.
