The case of the petitioner is that the unofficial respondent No.5 illegally occupied the Government land and that though he made representation to the 4th respondent - Tahsildar on 30.11.2018 for evicting her, no action has been taken. Hence the present writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner stated to have been made on 30.11.2018.
