Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition, with a liberty to raise his objections, if any, about the relationship between the proposed petitioner and deceased Mohd. Ismail (original tenant). Permission is accorded as sought for.

Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to raise his objections, if any, about the relationship between the proposed petitioner and deceased Mohd. Ismail (original tenant) and on raising such objections, the Court concerned is directed to record specific finding on it.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
