HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.41206 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 4th respondent in issuing final notice dated 30-11-2017 to take action under Revenue Recovery Act and criminal action against the petitioner for recovery of balance rice economic cost without granting time as illegal and arbitrary. The impugned notice is only final notice intimating the petitioner, if he fails to comply with the obligation, necessary action will be taken for recovery of amounts. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to some orders passed in writ petitions, wherein distraint orders were challenged. As rightly contended by Sri A.Jagan, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation, the writ petition is premature.

In view of the same, I do not see any merit in the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
