This CMP is filed with a prayer to withdraw FCOP No.2447 of 2017 on the file of II Additional Family Court-cum-XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri and transfer the same to the Family Court, Sanga Reddy, Medak District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed complaint for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, which is numbered as C.C.No.280 of 2018 and she also filed DVC case and maintenance case against the respondent and all the cases are pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class Court, Medak. He also submits that respondent is attending in DVC case and also in CC.No.280 of 2018 in Medak, if FCOP.No.2447 of 2017 is transferred to Family Court, Sangareddy, Medak District no prejudice would be caused to the respondent. Though notice is ordered, no counter is filed disputing the said aspects.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, since already several cases are pending at Judicial Magistrate of First Class Court at Medak and respondent has already been attending the said Court, this Court is of the opinion that FCOP.No.2447 of 2017 pending on the file of II Additional Family Court-cum-XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri is liable to be transferred to Family Court, Sangareddy, Medak District.

Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is allowed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
