THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.13275 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C), is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.186 of 2018 of Indrapalem Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The allegation against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2, who are husband and wife, is that they collected an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- on different dates from the de facto complainant to provide employment. There is also allegation of issuing fake employment orders. Further, by deceitful means the petitioners colleted huge money from different persons. There are specific and grave allegations against both the petitioners. The gravity of the offence is also high. It cannot be held that these petitioners are innocent persons and falsely implicated in this case. The application is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
