Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that vide proceedings in Memo No.1009890/IE/A1/2018, dated 24.1.2018, the order passed by the Tribunal has been complied with, and therefore, no orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. 3.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
