Petitioners' grievance is that though complaint has been made on 28-09-2018 to the 3rd respondent alleging commission of offences by 4th respondent, no FIR has been registered against 4th respondent. Learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, has produced copy of the FIR No.172 of 2018 against 4th respondent registered by 3rd respondent and supplied copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioners. In that view of the matter, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
