Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 13746 and 13747 OF 2017 These two Petitions are filed seeking leave of this Court to compound the offenc es punishable under Sections 419, 406, 420, 468 and 471 IPC and to record compromise in C.C.No.1153 of 2017 on the file of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad city as the matter is settled as they entered into compromise outside of the Court due to invention of elders.

De facto complaint and the petitioner/ accused No.1 are present in person and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, the parties stated that they settled the issue outside the Court due to intervention of elders and well-wishers and they intend to lead peaceful life.

In the above circumstances, this Court feels that it is a fit case to grant permission to compound the offences stated above. Accordingly, these two Petitions are ordered.

Crl.P.No.12378 of 2017 In view of the orders passed in Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 13746 and 13747 of 2017, the present Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in

C.C.No.1153 of 2017 on the file of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad City, are quashed.

The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the joint compromise memo to this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
