THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.45303 of 2018 ORDER:

It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition that after receiving the Court order in I.A.No.1053 of 2018 in I.A.No.773 of 2018 in O.S.No.237 of 2018, the petitioners herein approached the 4th respondent along with copy of the said order for Police aid and requested to extend the protection for suit schedule property. It is further stated that despite the same, the respondent police authorities are not taking any action. There is no material on record in writing to substantiate the plea of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners herein approached the 4th respondent. Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioners herein to submit a representation in writing by enclosing a copy of the above said order to the respondent police authorities for verification and for taking necessary action in accordance with law, writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
