O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that the unofficial respondent No.4 laid bore-well in violation of the Andhra Pradesh Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002, and though he made representation dated 18.02.2017 to the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submit that 3rd respondent has not received any representation stated to have been made by the petitioner on 18.02.2017.

In the material papers, petitioner has not filed any acknowledgement in proof of filing representation. As the filing of the representation by the petitioner is in dispute, writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation, and on receipt of such representation, 3rd respondent is directed to examine the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
