O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Admittedly against the resumption proceedings of the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, in R.Dis.No.323/2018(B) dated 30.10.2018, petitioners have alternative remedy of appeal, and they can raise all the objections before the appellate authority.

Though it is stated that no notice was issued to the petitioners, perusal of impugned order goes to show that notice was issued. In view of the same, leaving it open to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy of appeal, the present writ petition is disposed of. However, status quo regarding possession of subject land shall be maintained for a period of eight weeks, enabling petitioners to avail alternate remedy.
