O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents in considering the F-line application of the petitioner dated 17-09-2018 made through Mee Seva by paying requisite fee for conducting survey of the subject land, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority / respondents 3 to 5 to dispose of the F-line application in according with law after issuing notice to the petitioner and other affected parties, if any, and take appropriate action within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
