Except assertion in the writ affidavit that the respondents are trying to dispossess him, the petitioner has not filed any document to show that he is in possession. A reading of the writ affidavit goes to show that the petitioner is running a tiffin centre (bunk) on the road by the side of some shop. Hence, I do not see any reason to entertain the present writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
