This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment over the subject land to an extent of Ac.4.00 cents, situated in Sy.No.458 of Tiruchanoor Village, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that the respondents are pursuing appeal filed by them against Judgment and Decree dated 13.11.2015 in OS.No.242/2011 and that the respondents are not interfering with the subject land of the petitioner. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
