THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43423 of 2017 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Rc.No.3907/2017/D, dated 23.10.2017 wherein the petitioner's Fair Price Shop dealership was suspended. By the same date, the petitioner was also issued show cause notice to explain as to why his authorisation should not be cancelled. Pursuant to the said show cause notice, the petitioner submitted his explanation, but no orders are passed. It is also stated that the petitioner has filed an appeal against the proceedings dated 23.10.2017 before the 2nd respondent on 15.12.2017 and since no orders are passed so far, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies and perused the material on record.
In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the 3rd respondent is also directed to consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall stand closed.
