Heard the counsel for petitioner. None appears for respondent even though the name of Sri V.V. Purnachandra Rao, counsel for respondent, is printed in the cause-list.

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 to transfer O.P.No.267 of 2018 from the Family Court at Warangal to the Family Court at Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar on the ground that petitioner herein and her two minor daughters are residing in Hyderabad along with her parents and are dependent on their parents, and it is difficult for them to travel to Warangal for each date of hearing. 3.

It is also stated that petitioner has a life-threat from respondent. 4.

Though this application is opposed, and a counter-affidavit was filed by respondent stating that petitioner herself had filed O.S.No.636 of 2018 before the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal against respondent and his family members seeking partition, I do not accept the objections raised by respondent because normally the parties are expected to be present in person in the Family Court while that will not be the situation in the suit for partition at the Warangal Court.

Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, and O.P.No.267 of 2018 is transferred from the Family Court at Warangal to the Family Court at Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Petition, shall stand closed.
