It is stated by the learned Government Pleader for Home that FIR No.4 of 2019 has been registered as per the complaint of thee petitioner dt.28-11-2018.

In this view of the matter, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
