THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.42843 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard S.Malleswara Rao, counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The petitioner complains against inaction of respondent No.3 in investigating Crime No.391 of 2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

The Assistant Government Pleader places before the Court the written instructions wherein it is stated that final report has been filed on 16.12.2017 before the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. Since the final report is already filed, the grievance of inaction in investigating the Crime need not be considered. Petitioner, if aggrieved by the final report, can certainly work out remedies available under Criminal Procedure Code in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
