THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.3271 OF 2018 ORDER: (per SK,J) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 11.07.2017 passed in W.P.No.40205 of 2016. 2.

However, perusal of the aforestated order reflects that there was no direction issued and the writ petition was disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to seek the relief of release of their title documents and execution of a release deed after closure of their term loan accounts. 3.

As there was no direction whatsoever to the respondent bank, there is no question of inferring any disobedience, much less wilful or deliberate disobedience, to the aforestated order. 4.

The contempt case is utterly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
