HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.45280 of 2018 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is in possession and enjoyment of land to an extent of Ac.1-17 cents in Sy.No.652 of Mamillapalli village, CK Dinne mandal, Kadapa city, YSR District, being owner of the said property by virtue of a registered gift deed executed by his father in his favour on 30-12-2013. Thereafter, the petitioner made application on 14-02-2018 along with Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of E-pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the respondents, it is for the respondents to consider and dispose of the same.

Accordingly, respondents 3 and 4 are directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
