This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.6 for grant of bail in Crime No.223 of 2018 of Dwaraka Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 419, 420, 465 and 468 read with 34 IPC and Sections 65 and 66, 66-C and 66-D of the Information Technology Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.6, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/A.6 would submit that the petitioner/A.6 is an innocent person and falsely implicated in this case and ultimately prayed to allow the application. 4.

The petitioner has denied the entire case with regard to his involvement in the subject crime. As per the material placed on record, the petitioner/A.6 along with A.1 indulged in transfer of huge money into different accounts including an amount of Rs.19,68,500/- into the petitioner's father account. The petitioner/A.6 also used an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- by convincing his father. Further, in the course of investigation, the liquid cash of Rs.54,24,584/- was recovered from the possession of the petitioner/A.6 under the cover of panchanama. The allegations are grave and specific. The

investigation is in progress. Release of petitioner/A.6 would hinder investigation. Therefore, it is not appropriate to allow the application.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
