THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.41583 of 2017 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that he applied on 19.07.2017 to the 4th respondent for conduct of survey in respect of the land claimed by him and that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will conduct survey as sought by the petitioner, after giving notice to all the affected parties, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to conduct survey as sought by the petitioner, after giving notice to all the affected parties, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
