HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.45498 OF 2018 ORDER : (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) The petitioners challenge an arbitration award passed by respondent No.3, who was the sole arbitrator, which may generate grounds to seek relief from competent jurisdiction in terms of the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. We do not find any ground to entertain this matter under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

3. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed without prejudice to availing alternative statutory remedies as indicated above. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
