This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of the award dated 18.11.2002 in O.P.No.25 of 2001 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-III Additional District Judge's Court, Karimnagar.

This case came up for hearing on 11.11.2010. As there was no representation for the appellant when the case was called, the case was adjourned to today for being posted under the caption "For

Dismissal". Even today, when the case has been called, there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, it is reasonable to presume that the appellant is not interested in pursuing its cause in this appeal.

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is accordingly dismissed in default.
