The petitioner claims that he purchased different extents of lands in Survey No.173 of Madanapalle Village and Mandal, Chittoor District, from its lawful owner by paying valid consideration under Registered Sale Deed bearing Nos.7/2010, 1008/2010 and 1571/2010. The total extent of land in Survey No.173 is Ac.0.97 cents. It is the ancestral property of the vendor. It appears that the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration by his order dated 15.07.2013 clarified that the said land is not a Government land and it is a private land. Ultimately, the name of the vendor was mutated in the revenue records. It appears that the said land was included in the list of prohibited properties by letter, dated 02.02.2014 and this Court in W.P.No.1030 of 2016 passed an order on 01.02.

2016 directing the fifth respondent to examine the position stated by the petitioner and take necessary steps as per the provisions of the Indian Stamp Act and the Registration Act. In spite of the said order, the present Writ Petition is filed on the ground that the earlier letter, dated 02.02.2014, was not withdrawn by the second respondent. 2.

The effect of letter, dated 02.02.2014, was considered by this Court in earlier W.P.No.1030 of 2016 and an order was passed on 01.02.2016. In view of the said order, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable and accordingly, it is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
