ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.443 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Kurnool, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 454, 448, 427, 506 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 to A5. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioners, after arguing the matter for sometime, requested this Court to grant liberty to the petitioners to file a petition for discharge under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. 3.

Acceding to the request of the counsel for petitioners, without touching the merits of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed, at the stage of admission, while directing the petitioners to file appropriate application for discharge before the trial Court, if so advised.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
