The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P Devender, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Public Prosecutor (TG) for Respondent, the Court made the following. ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record.
This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner/A.1 in Crime No.129 of 2017 of Ghanpur (W) Police Station, Warangal District, for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 186 and 333 IPC read with Section 34 IPC. It is alleged that the petitioner/A.1 caused hurt to Village Revenue Assistant and deter him from discharging his duties. The petitioner was remanded to judicial custody on 31.10.2017. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the Village Revenue Assistant is attending his duties. It is evident that most part of the investigation is completed. There is no point in detaining the accused in judicial custody.
Under these circumstances, the petitioner/A.1 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal. On such release, the petitioner/A.1 shall attend before the Station House Officer concerned on every Sunday between 09.00 and 10.00 a.m. till filing charge sheet.
