O R D E R

The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking for a direction to the official respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation dated 22.11.2018 for cancellation of sale deed executed by unofficial respondent No.3 in favour of one S.Narasimhulu s/ o Achappa. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Registration and Stamps, for respondents 1 and 2.

Petitioner is stated to have made representation dated 22.11.2018 to the District Collector also along with District Registrar. The District Collector is not made party to this writ petition and one S.Narasimhulu, in whose favour, the unofficial respondent is stated to have executed sale deed, is also not made a party.

For cancellation of sale deed, petitioner has to approach a competent forum and he cannot seek to involve the official respondents to resolve a dispute, which is purely of civil in nature, and this court, under the writ jurisdiction, cannot consider the disputes questions of fact, to direct the official respondents to act on the representation stated to have been made by the petitioner. The writ petition is devoid of any merit and the same is accordingly dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternate remedy available under law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
