HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 7386 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

The petitioner filed this Civil Revision Petition challenging the order dated 28.11.2018 in R.C.No.286 of 2015 of the I Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad, praying marking of an unregistered rental deed produced by the respondents herein, who are the petitioners in the R.C.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the respondents do not wish to rely on the said un-registered rental deed at all.

In view of the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The order dated 28.11.2018 is set aside and the Court below is directed to eschew the said document for consideration while deciding the R.C. There shall be no order as to costs.
