Petitioner's grievance is that on 21-11-2016 petitioner had applied in Form-VI-A under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 on the A.P.Online website for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book to him before the 3rd respondent and that 3rd respondent is not taking any action thereon. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will pass orders on petitioner's application by 31-01-2018.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the application dt.21-11-2016 submitted by petitioner by 31-01-2018 and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
