This writ petition is filed challenging the order in proceedings No.D.Dis (C1)435/2016, dated 28-08-2017, wherein the Joint Collector dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner against cancellation of his fair price shop authorization.

Admittedly, the petitioner has alternative remedy of revision against the impugned order.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the same is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of revision.
