THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6956 Of 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the docket order dated 14.11.2017 passed in I.A.(SR) No.9250 of 2017 in I.P.No.50 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record. A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner filed a petition in I.A.(SR) No.9250 of 2017 in I.P.No.50 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa. That application was returned with an objection 'how this petition is maintainable'. Instead of complying with the objections, the petitioner straight away approached this Court and filed the present Civil Revision Petition. Admittedly, the trial court has not passed any order.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to resubmit the petition before the concerned court, after complying with the objections, if any. The registry of this Court is hereby directed to return the papers to the learned counsel for the petitioner for presentation before the concerned court. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
