HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 42689 of 2017 Order:

The petitioner was working as Senior Mate of Kuppenakuntala Gram Panchayat. He was appointed as Field Assistant by order dated 15.09.2015. When one N. Gopala Krishna was served with a charge memo on 10.07.2015 levelling six charges against him on the basis of 8th social audit report, it ended in the order of removal dated 17.12.2016. The said Gopala Krishna filed W.P.No.22642 of 2017 and this Court passed interim orders on 10.07.2017 and 17.07.2017, based on which the third respondent issued proceedings on 27.07.2017 terminating the services of the petitioner and reinstating the said Gopala Krishna. In those circumstances, he submitted a representation to the third respondent on 01.08.

2017 requesting him to appoint him either in Tummalapally Gram Panchayat where there is no Field Assistant taking into consideration the hard work and work experience of the petitioner. When the said representation was not considered, he filed the present Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the respondents, on the basis of instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner is still pending and no orders have been passed.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
