THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.42800 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against inaction of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in considering and disposing of the applications forwarded on 16.08.2017 and 07.10.2017 in the instant writ petition.

To the query of the Court, the counsel for petitioner on instructions submits that no rival claims are there or any disputes vis-à-vis the recommendation of petitioner as Correspondent and Secretary of the school.

Be that as it may. Since the prayer is against inaction, the 1st and 2nd respondents consider the applications dated 16.08.2017 and 07.10.2017 as expeditiously as possible and take a decision in accordance with law, preferably within three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit the representation along with the copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
