THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.39801 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to quash the F.I.R.No.119 of 2017 pending on the file of Elamanchili Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 of Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.") on various grounds. At the time of hearing, without touching the merits, learned counsel for the petitioner would inform this Court except the petitioner herein, all other accused were enlarged on bail, but the petition filed by the petitioner herein for pre-arrest bail was dismissed and requested this Court to permit the petitioner to file appropriate application before the competent Court. Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Competent Court, on filing such petition the Court concerned is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. No costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
