THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.45223 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring disqualification of the petitioner as director and deactivation of the Director Identification Number (DIN) of the petitioner i.e., 2329267, as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 11 of the Companies Appointment of Directors Rules, 2014 and sought for a consequential direction to set aside the same and direct the respondents to restore/reactivate the Director Identification Number (DIN). It is submitted by Sri M.Prudhvi Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner's firm has been struck off.

In view of the above submission, writ petition stands disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to approach appropriate forum of law for redressal of his grievance. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
