Kancharla Srihari Naidu v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.45369 of 2018 ORDER:
The only grievance of the petitioner is that he filed revision petition No.2/2018 before the 3rd respondent under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") which is pending. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.
In view of the facts and circumstances, since it is stated that the revision filed by the petitioner is pending before the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 15.12.2018 tk
