THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.40159 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners' grievance is that respondents 5 to 7 have preferred a Revision before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.24.07.2017 of the 3rd respondent and that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the same.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4 states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said Revision after notice to petitioner as well as respondents 5 to 7, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said Revision, after notice to petitioner as well as respondents 5 to 7, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
